god how much time did it take hiruzen to finally act like the hokage, and how many tragedies for him to realize he was too weak and let danzo do as he pleased, to the point of taking over the power of the title of hokage, and the amount of pain and hatred he caused because hiruzen couldnt stop him, just like orochimaru. honeslty i love hiruzen but he was kind of a failure as a hokage bc of that.
